An Impressionistic portrait of a remote spot in an overwhelming landscape where a family lives life to the full in all its rough aspects. The film is shot in very grainy 16mm black & white CinemaScope and developed by hand. This pure film experience strengthens the idea of the other reality.

Ben RIVERS (1972, Somerset) has been a film maker since 1999 and was co-founder of the Brighton Cinematheque (1996-2005). His work has been screened and awarded at several festivals.
