Aïssa is Congolese and is presently residing illegally on French territory. She claims to be a minor however the authorities believe she is over 18. In order to establish whether or not she can remain in the country a doctor must give her a physical examination.

Clément Tréhin-Lalanne was born in 1983 in the suburbs of Paris. During his higher education in film studies he directed a short film « L’Attente » as well as learning the skills of being a unit manager and assistant director as part of the production company « FullDawa ». Having graduated he became unit manager on a number of full-length films.
